New Home

The caterpillars turned into chrysalises.



It's time to move them to the hatchery!  Dad helped me.



The chrysalises stick to the paper.


We pinned the paper to the side of the hatchery.


They look like bananas!



Here's a video of me talking about them.  Pretty soon they are going to be colorful butterflies!

Getting Ready for the Big Change

The caterpillers climbed up to the top.  One is hanging from the cover. He looks like a "J".



They got even bigger.  They ate a lot of food.



I think we can move them to the hatchery soon!

The caterpillars all grew!  The small one got bigger



And the big ones got bigger



The caterpillars made webs.  I saw one making a web



The caterpillars were on their back and they were eating the brown stuff.
